Leon Clement
Board Chair
Leon is an experienced advisor, operating partner, and professional director with a strong background in the food and technology industries.
He has held senior leadership roles for over 18 years in the dairy sector, including at Fonterra and as Chief Executive of Synlait Milk. Leon joined the Nui board as an independent director in 2023 and was appointed Board Chair in 2025.
He also chairs the boards of Raglan Food Co., precision fermentation start-up Daisy Lab, and alternative dairy company Andfoods.
