About us
Nui means big, great, and vast in Te Reo Māori, New Zealand’s indigenous language and encompasses our vision.
Our story
The Nui story begins in 2012 with the formation of Cream Trading, founded by Kevin O’Sullivan and Dr Bruce Maunder.
Co-founder and CEO, Kevin O’Sullivan has a background in global financial trading, and it was through his involvement in the launch of the NZX Dairy Futures, that he saw the opportunity to improve and simplify the way global dairy trade took place.
Although the platform was born out of New Zealand and its rich dairy trading history, today Nui Markets offers digital trading solutions across the entire agriproduct industry.

Revolutionizing agricultural product trading
With expertise and an initial focus on dairy, Nui Markets now offers digital trading solutions for the entire agriproduct industry and continues to expand. We help customers thrive with our innovative trading platforms.
