He is the chair of KODE Biotech, Rialto Film Distribution, Rialto Channel, Jacking Systems Holdings and JS Wind Group, and has previously served on the boards of Konnect Net NZ, Lifestream International, Rex Bionics and as a Trustee of the NZ Arts Foundation.


David started the Rialto Cinemas chain and the Sky Arts channel, while co-owning Sky’s Rialto Channel, and is a noted philanthropist and supporter of New Zealand business.
