Lucas Ardito-Barletta

Lucas joins us in the US, to introduce Nui Connect, a one-to-one sales portal for agricultural product trading to the retail and food service sectors.

Nui Connect is the latest addition to Nui’s product suite, and is the result of the newly acquired tech infrastructure of PrimeXConnect, an Australian sales and order management software company operating in the red meat industry, which Nui Markets acquired in December 2023.

Lucas brings a broad financial background to Nui, beginning his career in wealth and asset management before moving to physical and financial dairy commodity trading at Interfood as the cheese position holder for the Americas region. Lucas utilized the Nui platform to formulate his day-to-day trading strategies at Interfood and was drawn to Nui’s ability to improve market transparency and confidence in structuring deals.

Lucas grew up in the U.S. and Panama as a native English & Spanish speaker; he is at home in Latin American and North American business cultures. Lucas has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Virginia (UVA), with a minor in technology entrepreneurship from The McIntire School of Commerce.
