Graham maintains and develops relationships with our Enterprise clients throughout the United Kingdom, Ireland and the EU, helping them get the most out of their bespoke trading platforms to achieve desired business outcomes.
Before Nui, Graham's experience includes trading dairy commodities for County Milk Products, Greenfields Ireland, Brooks McRobbie, Saputo, and most recently, consulting for Mintec Global, helping improve their Price Reporting Desk.
Before joining the dairy industry, Graham worked in the pharmaceutical industry for GlaxoSmithKline, manufacturing products for phase 1 clinical trials in their respiratory production facility.
Graham is a City & Guilds-qualified baker, learning his craft with Sainsbury's supermarkets.
